Upon completion of a service visit, centre management are made aware of any problems and possible Health & Safety implications found. A defects list and quotation are then compiled detailing any required works and/or upgrades. The quotation and certification are digitally sent to the centre and to the Facility Management Department to assess. A review of all quotations and defects are regularly highlighted and included in our monthly reports. Any series Health & Safety problems are flagged up and followed up on several occasions until resolved.
